Hi Friends,
Today i have come with my brand new recipe on Homemade Cerelac Recipe, 6 months baby food.
When our baby turns 6 months, it is the time that our baby has to start having Solid food. We often, turn into to commercially made Cerelac powder that is available in the market.
Though for convenience purposes and for having enough guidance that Cerelac powders can be easily made at home, many mothers buy these Cerelac powder they are unaware of how harmful these Cerelac powders are since these contain lots of preservatives to increase the shelf life of the product and these preservatives are harmful to our little ones.
And hence I have prepared this homemade Cerelac powder recipe which is made of rice, lentils, and some dry fruits. These are light on your baby’s tummy, are nutritious and protein, and are calcium-rich.
