Diwali is finally over and I am left with the guilt of eating lots of sweets and fried food and I am sure the same must be the case for you.
So, to get back to shape, we need to first detox our body and then get back to our weight loss routine.
Today I am back with 6 Detox juices this Diwali that will help reset your body metabolism.
And this can be done in a natural way without any chemicals or other alien stuff for our body. Since these detox juices are all made of natural ingredients, even kids can enjoy them too.
Mommies, please don’t think of horrible tasting juices and food the moment detox is mentioned here but trust me I am back with some very simple and tasty detox juice that will help recharge our immunity and metabolism and at the same time eliminate toxins out of the body.
So, let’s jump into the recipes.
Bright Beet and carrot Juice:
This juice is packed with nutrients like antioxidants, calcium, potassium, and beta-carotene.
1 ½ inch ginger
2 beets peeled and chopped
2 carrots peeled and chopped
1 apple peeled and chopped
Place all these ingredients in your juicer, make a fine juice, sieve through a fine sieve.
Breakfast is the best time to consume this juice.
Anti-inflammatory Golden Turmeric Tonic:
This juice is an anti-inflammatory juice that provides micronutrients and helps reduce inflammation.
1 cm fresh turmeric
2 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 cm fresh ginger
½ teaspoon lemon juice
½ cup Coconut water/Nariyal Pani
Peel turmeric, ginger, carrot, and orange and place them in the juicer
Green nutritional powerhouse:
This juice is rich in Vitamin C from lime, Vitamin A from Spinach, and vitamin K from parsley.
1 cup parsley
1 cup spinach 2 green apples
Wash, clean, and place all the ingredients in a juicer.
Sieve the juice and serve
Drink this juice first thing in the morning before tea or breakfast.
Carrots are known to be a powerhouse of vitamin A, which helps eye health.

Golden Pineapple Juice:
Pineapples are rich in flavonoids and phenolic acids and are anti-oxidants for the body.
1 cup chopped pineapple
½ teaspoon lime juice
½ cup coconut water 1 cm ginger
Clean, wash and place all the ingredients in the juicer
Serve and drink immediately

Apple and Strawberry antioxidant juice:
This juice provides antioxidants to your body. Rich in vitamin C, antioxidants, and fiber, this is the perfect detox juice to help remove toxins from the body.
1 and ½ cups coconut water
½ apple peeled and chopped
2 teaspoon lemon juice
Clean, wash and place all the ingredients in the grinder.
